A Study Of The Disyllabic Words In

Rong Zhai Notes(容斋随笔)is a historical notes of Song dynasty written by Hong Mai,which consists of history,literature,linguistics,philosophy,folklore knowledge and so on.Its narrative language includes classical Chinese,dialect slang.And there are a large number of reporting or quoted language corpora in this book.These data provide plenty of clues for the study of Chinese vocabulary evolution and help us analyse the character and development of the modern Chinese disyllabic words.The paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter is the study of Rong Zhai Notes(容斋随笔)disyllabic words source.This chapter is divided into three sections,such as the words of different historical periods,neologisms developed in the Song Dynasty and nonce words.The second chapter is the Rong Zhai Notes(容斋随笔)disyllabic words of allotropy.This chapter is divided into three sections.First,we discusses the disyllabic words of allotropy overview.The disyllabic words of allotropy have been formed in ancient and Song dynasty.Most of them are synonyms and Combined type.Then,on the case study,we have a discussion on seven groups of words of allotropy,about their producing,developing and using situation in modern Chinese language.Finally,it analyses the emergence and evolution of the disyllabic words of allotropy.We finds that the double syllable words are affected by polysyllabic,coinage and meaning at the beginning,impacting on rhetoric,voice,vocabulary,pragmatic,cultural and psychological aspects in the process of development.The third chapter is the research on Rong Zhai Notes(容斋随笔)synonymous disyllabic words.This chapter is divided into five sections,such as praising class,floundering class,arrogance class,fear class,flatter class,and to investigate their distribution,specific context,cause of disappearance.The fourth chapter is the disyllabic words in Rong Zhai Notes(容斋随笔)and the compilation of dictionaries.We use the corpus to supplement the entries,uncollected senses and examples for Chinese dictionary.In a word,the study of disyllabic words in Rong Zhai Notes(容斋随笔)can help us understand the disyllabic words of Rong Zhai Notes(容斋随笔),enrich our understanding of Chinese vocabulary.It is favorable to revise large dictionaries and promote the study of Chinese vocabulary.
