An Analysis Of Digital Information Communication In Wen Jiabao 's Government Work Report

The thesis is about the practical study of Premier Wen Jiabao’s government work report consecutive interpreting. Student interpreter makes mistakes in the practical study of digital information consecutive interpreting in Premier Wen Jiabao’s government work report. They are zero translation, mistranslation and disfluency. The causes of student interpreter mishandling digital information in Premier Wen Jiabao’s government work report are differences of digital information and the feature of consecutive interpreting. Based on the mistakes and causes of student interpreter dealing with the digital information, the interpreter can use the corresponding strategies, namely, formula method, chart method and the ternary of English and quaternary of Chinese for digital information, the method of literal translation, free translation, literal translation with free translation for the words with characteristics, the method of literal translation and free translation for idioms with digital information.
