Today, the international competition is diversity, the main factor of competition is still science and technology, indirectly promote the development of IT enterprise. Although the development of the IT enterprises in China is later than other developed countries, but it has also intensified its efforts to the attention of the IT industry in our country. The development of IT industry attracts a large number of talent involved in the work, but the demand for talent is considerable. Because the growth of IT industry in China drops behind other countries, so technical personnel recruitment and maintaining is very important in most high and new technology enterprise of our country, to realize the common development of industry,enterprises and talents. Because the fast change and growth of IT industry, the related knowledge and technology innovation brings the huge pressure for IT professionals, high-tech personnel needs updating technique, for preventing the outdated technology. However, many emerging branch of IT industry, such as animation industry because of serious talent gap, the human resources of supply less than demand. The task of practitioners is so much that they often work overtime all night to complete the task.Since the author puts forward the concept of proposed goal orientation, job involvement, and delay of gratification, many people continue to study, to obtain more lore.But most of research in the light of traditional industries, the IT industry in the aspects of the study also didn’t get everybody’s attention. The aim of this scrap is to analyse current employees and psychological conditions of IT industry through the related study, and according to existing conclusions provide related theory for human resource management. Goal orientation and job involvement and vocational delay of gratification as the research objects of this study, it is questionnaire survey to 421 enterprise IT professionals. By necessary analysis method examine whether the distinctions in the three significant, research the correlation among goal orientation, job involvement, and vocational delay of gratification, and vocational delay of gratification plays an intermediary role in the target orientation of the impact of job involvement. Therefore hypothesized:(1)There is significant difference on goal orientation, job involvement, delay of gratification of IT company employees among the population variable.(Such as gender, age, working years, job category and job level).(2)There are Obvious correlations between goal orientation and its dimensions with job involvement and its dimensions of IT employees,goal orientation has a greater impact on job involvement.(3)There are significant correlations between goal orientation and its dimensions with vocational delay of gratification and its dimensions of IT enterprise staff, goal orientation has significant predict effect to vocational delay of gratification.(4)There are significant correlations between job involvement and its dimensions with vocational delay of gratification and its dimensions of IT enterprise staff, vocational delay of gratification has significant predict effect to job involvement.(5)Vocational delay of gratification of IT enterprise staff plays an intermediary role in goal orientation on the impact of job involvement. All dimensions of Vocational delay of gratification play an intermediary role in goal orientation on the impact of job involvement.
