With the upgrading of China’s international status, promotion and dissemination of Chinese increasingly frequent, global enthusiasm in learning Chinese continues to heat up, teaching of Chinese as a foreign language also developed rapidly.Using modern technology in teaching Chinese as a foreign language has become a hot research. Introduction and Studies on Chinese multimedia teaching materials, multimedia courseware as well as foreign language teaching sites are very detailed. Currently, the application and practice of foreign language teaching software is still a minority. This article will compare and study of representative of the Chinese language teaching software domestic and foreign. These software are tested in actual teaching, it has a certain authenticity and reliability. By collecting relevant information of specific software, this paper will conduct comparative analysis of application and practice in major Chinese language teaching software, provide a reference for the correct choice of teaching software for foreign students improve their Chinese.This paper will take "Great Wall Chinese" and "Rosetta Stone" as the example, focuses on both the advantages and the problems. By analyzing the two software, and comprehensive survey data can be drawn, "Great Wall Chinese" Teaching software truly meet local Chinese language teaching. After analyzing the foreign language teaching software, this paper gives a teaching design for the "Great Wall Chinese" teaching software, and practical application among teaching practice. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is Chapter 1 Introduction, this section describes the research content and significance of research methods reviewed studies. The second part is the second and the third chapters, to analyze the characteristics of foreign language teaching software and conducted a questionnaire survey. The third part is the fourth and the fifth, sixth, seventh chapter, the section for the "Great Wall Chinese" teaching software were compared with "Rosetta" teaching software, and explore the "Great Wall Chinese" Teaching Software spoken Chinese primary teaching. The fourth part is the conclusion of the eighth Chapter, which is part of the whole thesis and points out the inadequacies and future direction for the author of this article.The innovation of this paper is to mainstream education domestic and overseas by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of software, Explore how to make better use of the teaching software in primary class of Teaching Spoken Chinese, and through the design of a section of Chinese primary spoken language class to illustrate the author’s theory.
