Future Time Insight And Innovative Behavior

This research makes a survery on the Future Time Perspective, Goal Orientation and Innovative Behavior, and discusses the relationships among them. On the one hand, the main purpose is to enrich the research in the field of related content, on the other hand, the main purpose is to provide certain reference and help to motivate the individual innovation behavior by cultivating individual future time perspective and seting up correct achievement goals, to select, train innovation individual by organizations.This research randomly surveyed 208 subjects from Nanjing area and Internet, the results found that:1.Significant positive correlation were found among Future Time Perspective and Learning Goal Orientation, the Future Image of Future Time Perspective and Achievement Goal Orientation is significantly positive correlation, Sense of Purpose and Achievement Goal Orientation is significantly negative correlation; Significant positive correlation were found among Future Time Perspective and Innovative Behavior; Learning Goal Orientation and Innovative Behavior is significantly positive correlation, Achievement Goal Orientation and Innovative Behavior is significantly negative correlation.2.Future Time Perspective have positive predictive effects on Goal Orientation, and Innovative Behavior; Learning Goal Orientation have positive predictive effects on Innovative Behavior, Achievement Goal Orientation have negative predictive effects on Innovative Behavior.3.Learning Goal Orientation plays a completely intermediary role between far-reach Goal Orientation and Innovative Behavior, Learning Goal Orientation plays a partial intermediary role between Behavioral Commitment, Sense of Purpose, the Future Image and Innovative Behavior.This research can conclude that:Future time perspective, Goal Orientation, Innovative Behavior are closely related; Learning Goal Orientation plays an important intermediary role between Future time perspective and Innovative Behavior.
