Oral teaching is an essential element in the whole process of teaching a foreign language. Most students oral English is poor, they all want to come to the aid of their own spoken language spoken classroom training to improve their oral communication skills. Especially just students living in China soon, hoping that will improve the oral level. Oral classroom teaching mode under the influence of foreign language teaching methods, but also continue to carry out exploration and practice. Currently, the primary process of teaching spoken Chinese, there are still many problems. Teaching methods can be taken to improve the status of teaching, teaching quality and to improve students’ communicative competence with everyday is the purpose of the study.This article is based on previous research data, to cultural linguistics and cognitive linguistics and other related theory as a basis to primary spoken language teaching methods and strategies for the study, purposeful learning corpus and related books, efforts to tap foreign language primary spoken language teaching new ideas and approaches, and to combine theory and practice to study.This paper consists of five parts, the first part is an introduction, research shows that the reason of this article, significance, research status and the method of research.The second part is the introduction of foreign primary spoken language lesson. Foreign explain the principles of primary oral Chinese teaching has nature, characteristics and teaching goals, in which the teaching content, teaching and principles section to do a more detailed description, and from the classroom teaching practice, summed it should follow. The third part of the current primary spoken Chinese teaching was investigated and analyzed, through comparative analysis, revealed the presence of oral English class in the primary stage of Chinese as a foreign language, and according to the existing problems, to explore the more effective teaching idea.The fourth part puts forward the corresponding method and strategy for the primary oral teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The fifth part is the conclusion partThe main feature of this paper lies in:the teaching design of primary oral English course, according to its own teaching practice, the teaching examples of classroom practice, closely around the "primary" and "speaking" two key points, from the classroom teaching theory to the practice, the exploration are analyzed from the aspects of teaching information collection the teaching design, etc..
