| The tomb murals of Tang dynasty have many reliable historical data. All aspects of society in the tang dynasty and the level of painting are embodied in the murals.Characters of Yongtai tomb murals are perfect combination of cultural spirit and artistic form in Early Tang dynasty.Rooted in the culture of tang dynasty, the modeling of tomb mural characters consciously used profuse art forms and concepts which embodied artistry, Nationalism, sociality, etc. in tomb characters of Tang dynasty.My detailed studies on princess Yongtai’s tomb in Xianyang, Shaanxi province led me to conclude the Characters in it, so the mural culture in Shaanxi.The visual form of the characters of tomb mural gives us a good way to understand the consciousness, aesthetic psychology in Early Tang dynasty.Figures of Yongtai tomb murals are elegant, graceful and charming, which showed a high level of painting. Its exquisite painting gives me much passion; therefore, I decided to do a brief analysis over princess Yongtai’s tomb.As one kind of unearthed cultural relic materials, princess Yongtai’s tomb has been regarded highly by researchers in relevant field and a great way to understand all aspects of Tang dynasty.This paper did a statistic about the characters of the princess yongtai’s tomb at fast. Second, did a comparison to yongtai’s tomb, YiDe tomb, ZhangHuai tomb murals, by comparison, to find the similarities and differences between the three. Based on this,Sorted out and analyzed all the characters in the three tombs.Princess yongtai’s tomb murals have the unique characteristics in transmitting the spirit, line drawing and modeling, colouring and means of composition.This article mainly analyzed those aspects. In the end, this article carries the heritage of princess yongtai’s tomb murals forward, and has certain influence on my works.Princess yongtai’s tomb murals pay attention to life scenes, discover natural beauty, emphases on the spirit of the characters. It’s a salutary lesson for us all. |
