Research On The Disposition In Quan Tang

The Disposal Sentence is an exclusive syntax in Chinese language. Numerous scholars have conducted intensive investigation and study on source, structure, semantics, pragmatics and other aspects of disposal sentence and it has always been the focus in Chinese grammar research. As disposal structure research goes deeper, there are more and more disposal structure researches for specialized books, such as Collection of Dunhuang Bianwen. Tang dynasty is an important period for emergence and development of disposal structure, but discussions in this period mainly focus on its source and are primarily works of Late Tang and Five Dynasties.Poetry is the leading literary form in Tang dynasty. Full Collection of Tang Poems includes poems of the entire Tang and Five Dynasties. It is of complete preservation, reliable prolepsis, strong spoken Chinese. With strong representativeness and typicality, it is a rich living language material of that era and important historic linguistic material of the entire Tang and Five Dynasties.The thesis mainly takes Ba and Jiang disposal structure in Full Collection of Tang Poems as research objects. All corpuses are from Full Collection of Tang Poems, volume 15, published by Zhonghua Book Company in 1999 and web version of Full Collection of Tang and Song Poems and Tang Poems Canon as reference. The thesis specifically describes the application and development of each structure type in different periods through an exhaustive and synchronic research of disposal sentences in Full Collection of Tang Poems, and analyzes and summarizes it semantically. General view of disposal structure development is hoped to be demonstrated on the basis. Mastery of basic characteristics and time features of disposal structure helps its historical research in a certain degree.The thesis includes four parts:Part Ⅰ:introduction. This part mainly includes four aspects:1. Research object and research scope of the thesis, defining scope for article research; 2. Research significance of the thesis establishes the writing purpose; 3. Research status of disposal structure. Research achievements sorting and summary can better guide the writer to research on disposal structure in Full Collection of Tang Poems; 4. Sources of research methods and corpus.Part Ⅱ:structure type of disposal sentences in Full Collection of Tang Poems. Disposal sentences are classified into four types in structure:1. Ba/Jiang+object+verb; 2. Ba/Jiang+object+adverbial+verb; 3. Ba/Jiang+object+verb+complement; 4. Ba/Jiang+object 1+verb+object 2. On this basis, the author describes application and development of each type in the entire Tang Five Dynasties, and cones up with some characteristics of disposal sentences in this period. Besides, grammaticalization dynamics of "Ba" and "Jiang" are also briefly described.Part Ⅲ:semantic features of disposal sentences in Full Collection of Tang Poems. They are categorized into six type:1. "Gei" for "bestowal"; 2."Zuo" for meaning of "regard/serve as"; 3. "Dao/Zai"; 4. "Bi" for "analogy"; 5. "Gao" for "telling"; 6. Common disposal structure. The former five disposal types are also called generalized disposal structure and the sixth narrow one. This part mainly discusses application of these six types in Full Collection of Tang Poems during Tang and Five Dynasties. Statistics and analysis are also conducted to shoe characteristics of disposal structure in this period.Part Ⅳ:conclusion. Conclusion and summary of the thesis.
