While the current calligraphy class become a mere formality, not truly effective cultivation effect into full play.The treatment of fine arts education function have been many scholars and teachers, but one of the most can reflect the important category in Chinese traditional culture essence, calligraphy,but has not been pay more attention to by people engaged in art education. How to practice calligraphy in class unique healthy heart function, and maximize the calligraphy of humanities connotation, education effect brought by the example, to adjust the bad psychological state for middle school students, it will be discussed in this paper the key, is also the innovation.In this paper, eyes will no longer be confined to the calligraphy conclusive tests for psychological adjustment, but true based on the calligraphy class, explore and practice the complete teaching cases. In the teaching process, USES the soft pen calligraphy, "keeping" role,and in hard-pen calligraphy handwriting psychology anticipation and correction of psychological status, at the same time, using the principle of psychology, pedagogy teaching effect optimization.
