with the deepening of the market economy rapid development, the fiercecompetition increased in modern society. people’s quality requirements are also gettinghigher and higher. As an important part of quality education, psychological quality has agreat effect on the talents training. Middle school students are the future succession. Theyare in the key period of the development of life, and paying close attention to students’psychological quality development is extremely important. However, many scholars onthe middle school students’ psychological quality research is limited to the city of ourcountry developed, and it rarely involves the western city. Northern Shaanxi, as animportant part of the western region, in recent years with the rapid development ofeconomy, people pay attention to. Therefore, students’ psychological qualities of NorthShaanxi area is very necessary.This study uses the mental quality inventory for middle school students, combined withthe literature research method, random sampling method and statistical analysis method,to North Shaanxi area middle school students’ psychological quality were studied, drawspecific conclusions: North part of Shann xi area middle school students’ social ability toother ability, learning ability is weak; on the whole in the North Shaanxi area middleschool students, the college students’ psychological quality status better than boys; thejunior high school and high school students in will have significant differences, juniorhigh school students was better than that of high school students, others have nosignificant difference; Northern Shaanxi mental quality of middle school students overalldevelopment level under Guangdong Province of middle school students’ mental qualityof the overall level of development; male and female middle school students’ mentalquality score below the Guangdong Province of male and female high school students.But the North Shaanxi girls in confidence, self-esteem and volitional aspects are betterthan girls in Guangdong.In the north of Shaanxi middle school students’ psychological quality measurement, the author analyses the problems in students’ psychological quality in the family, schooland social causes, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures: first, emphasis onfamily education. Through the creation of good family atmosphere, enhance parentsliteracy pathway for students’ psychological quality development provides the basicguarantee. Secondly, strengthen school education. To do psychological quality educationinto school education system, improve the overall quality of teachers. Furthermore, betterin the community in terms of publicity and education. Finally, in the teaching activities,the penetration type training and appropriate teaching strategies, study on thepsychological quality training of instructional design will contribute to improving thequality of middle school students.
