With international economic cooperation is more and more frequent, the higher vocational college of foreign language teaching is receiving more and more attention,but as a result of different level of the students from higher vocational college, foreign language teachers are influenced by learning experience, it is difficult to construct the new teaching idea based on the existing knowledge structure, so higher vocational college of foreign language teaching is difficult to be accepted.Teachers’ decision and behavior are influenced by teachers’ belief. so, the study of the paper are hoped to exposed the teaching belief of foreign language teachers in higher vocational colleges, and improve their ability of teachers’ introspection consciousness and self evaluation. It not only can improve teachers’ professional level and teaching ability, but also improve the teaching practice and teaching reform on this basis.In this paper, it based on the research achievements of teachers’ beliefs from the scholars at home and abroad.100 foreign language teachers in higher vocational colleges are chosen as the research objects. It studied the foreign language teachers through some research methods such as questionnaire, interview and class observation,it showed that the teaching behavior and teaching practice of higher vocational college of foreign language teachers in the process of teaching are basically identical.Therefore, the study not only has theoretical significance and certain practical significance. |
