| Strategic management is constantly evolving as both an academic discipline and as a reflection of management practice. This article does the translation practice based on a new assessment on Michael Porter’s work Competitive Strategy and a recent interview. Through this translation practice, the translator made a summary of the characteristics of strategic management text and the difficulty in the translation, including attributive clauses and passive voice.
