This article refer to the "international curriculum for Chinese language education", which comes from the perspective of the relationship between culture and teaching Chinese as a second language, select the domestic colleges and universities use more several sets of culture teaching materials. Using statistical analysis, comparative analysis, combining all the factors that affect the textbook, teaching material and the cultural factors are classified and analyzed. Through the analysis we found that, first of all, in the aspect of culture teaching Chinese as a second language needs to be issued special grade outline. Secondly, there are many different kinds of current teaching material, its content and form of expression is varied, but they lack of a certain interest. Finally, the arrangement of the teaching material and cultural factors’ proportion is imbalance.Aiming at the shortcomings of the teaching material, the author put forward the following Suggestions: first, to further improve the general outline of each level target in this way, increase the number of the communication culture, is the construction of "cultural teaching Chinese as a second language level outline" has to be set according to different students specially outline, and outline the arrangement of the number of cultural factors should reasonable, meet the needs of different students. Second, separate the publication of the culture teaching materials to increase the related audio data, formulate special textbooks, highlight the cross-cultural characteristics, the content of the language knowledge teaching to keep pace with The Times, appropriate increase communicative culture and culture to discuss the topic about the teaching material content; Finally, we should pay more attention to the construction of interest on the content and presentation in teaching Chinese as a second language.
