In teaching Chinese as a foreign language for foreign learners, two very important factors, that is, language teaching and culture teaching. Nowadays, the importance of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is not enough, and most of the important role of culture in language learning is ignored. We believe that language teaching is no doubt important, but culture teaching also has a important role can not be ignored. Therefore, we should strengthen cultural teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language in proportion, really play the important role of culture in language learning. If you want to learn a foreign language well, it is necessary to first understand the language of culture, understand the national cultural connotation and psychological identity. Only in this way can really learn the language and profound experience of the connotation and charm of the language. But in the specific teaching, most of the teaching in the classroom is more emphasis on language teaching, while ignoring or reducing the cultural teaching. In China’s long and profound cultural and folk stories because people living close to, easy to understand and handed down from ancient times. In the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, full play the form of folk tales flexible and free, easy to understand, interesting, rich in cultural meaning of the language and cultural characteristics of great significance.The introduction part mainly introduces the background and significance of the selected topic, the related research status, the related research work, and finally clarifies the innovation of the article.The first chapter of the folk tale of definition and classification, then the characteristics and value of folk tales, expounds the teaching Chinese as a foreign language writing principle last wrote the use of folk story in the necessity of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The second chapter makes a study on the application of folk tales in the textbooks of Chinese as a foreign language, and the study on the outline of vocabulary of Chinese as a foreign language.The third chapter mainly analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the teaching materials of Chinese as a foreign language.The fourth chapter is mainly on folk tales in the textbooks of teaching Chinese as a foreign language problems proposed reasonable to write text in the textbooks of teaching Chinese as a foreign language of folk stories, according to the students the actual level of Chinese language and Chinese rank of folktales select suitable materials and graded writing and folk tale of "cheating" cases were graded written.The innovation of this paper is on Teaching Chinese as a foreign language put forward reasonable suggestion for compiling, according to the student’s Chinese ability and level, in accordance with the Chinese syllabus and the teaching Chinese as a foreign language grammar syllabus of the folk tale of graded writing, for different levels of folk stories written different teaching design, so the application in the practical teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, to truly improve the learning interest of the students, reduce the pressure of study, saving the time of learning, let students know more about Chinese culture, truly give full play to the advantages and functions of folk stories in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and thus to the world to promote the Chinese nation’s outstanding culture. Finally, the author concludes that it is very meaningful to write the folk stories in the sub grade.
