CPC 's Cadre Education Reform In Yan'an Rectification Period

Cadre education is an improtant way to the Party construction and ideological and theoretical education of the Communist Party of China. To some extent, the Rectification Movement in Yan’an as a large-scale movement of Marxist theory education was the first thorough reform of the history of the cadre education. After the Rectification Movement in Yan’an not only removed the subjectivism of the Party, solved the problem to combination of the Marxist theory and the practice of Chinese revolution;but also trained a large number of cadres which have political ideals and formed a theory of cadre education. This paper compare policy before and after the Rectification Movement in Yan’an,analyze the theory and practice of cadre education of Communist Party of China. On the one hand, Observe and compare the diversification in cadre education between Yan’an period,and have a deeper understanding of the meaning of the Rectification Movement. On the other hand, through the discussion of this movement, to sum up the experience of the cadre education,to expolre the method of the cadre education.This paper has four parts:The first part mainly talk about between the outbreak of Sino-Japanese War and the Rectification Movement in Yan’an,the cadre education of the Communist Party of China has an new direction determined by the enviroment of the war.Although there have some improvement of the cadre education,It’s also have the problem of theory divorced from reality.The second part mainly research consistency between the Rectification Movement in Yan’an and the reform of cadre education. Summarize the measures and contents of the reform,from the point of view in Service cadre education and School cadre education.The third part is about appraisal of the reform of cadre education in Yan’an period. From the view of Politicized edcation and the affect of Rectification Movement of cadre education historyThe last part is summarize the experience and enlightenment of the Rectification Movement in Yan’an to the work of cadre education in the new period. According to the feature that ideological education first, integrate theory with practice,and cadre education modeling to guide the practic of cadre education at preasent.
