Specifically showing in: theylack of confidence about photocopy industry and be worry about their future; They have difficult inachieving profession career transition and have no clear target of career development；There is nocomplete standard in photocopying industry and the employees are generally short of industryself-regulation and the work they are engaged in have shortage of technical content; they are simplyand not strong enough to expand the scale of operation; the development model of copy and modeof operation are simple and coarse; their service quality is poor and additional value is small; Theemployees lack of appropriate social resources and development funds. By analyzing we found that,the reasons of this situation having caused are that Xinhuanese are lacking of personal manpowercapital and limited to traditional social cultural; Xinhua migrant workers’ dilemma of professionaldevelopment is also a inevitable phenomenon at the period of social transition. To transformcompletely from the traditional man to modern, the new migrant workers still need a long-termadaptation process, but their vocational development is a big challenge in the process of theadaptation. In view of these situations above all, the author thinks that, the correspondingprofessional trainings should be carried out to help the migrant workers define themselves, and getrid of the career development predicament. However, vocational trainings must be targeted and laidemphasis on effect. Social workers can take advantage of the relevant resources and targetedprovide formal social support to the new migrant people who is need of help to assist them toachieve professional transformation. By case work, group work providing direct service to the newrural migrant workers, social workers can also participate in the development of relevant policiesaccording to the opinions of employees and promote the industry association to introduce policy, sothat make Copy Industry go in on the track of benign development.
