Disquisition On The Influence Of Rural Population Flow To The Construction Of Grass-roots Party Organization And Its Countermeasures

Rural grass-roots party organization is the foundation of Chinese Communist Party's whole rural work and fighting strength. It is also the core leadership of building a new socialist countryside, shouldering the essential historical mission of bringing moderate prosperity to China in a well-rounded way. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the speeding up of the integration of urban and rural areas, rural population flow has presented many new characteristics, which influences countries'economics, politics, culture, society and environment etc, which also brings opportunities and challenges to rural grass-roots party organization. The capital, technology, management experiences and other resources brought back by some migrant workers when they return to rural areas, to a certain extent, promoted broadening and emancipating the mind of villagers Committee and village Party Branch, optimized the structure of grass-roots organization, promoted the development of rural public welfare undertaking and democratic management; however, large-scale rural population flow also caused many realistic and negative influences to rural grass-roots party organization , such as the transformation of modern villagers'cognition to CCP, the shortage of cadre in support, the difficulties of supervision and education of floating Party members etc. Therefore, optimizing and innovating the construction of rural grass-roots party organization to guide rural population flow scientifically and rationally hold essential significances in the new period. Based on such considerations, the thesis integrates the theories of Sinicization of Marxism with practices and takes A country Henan province as research object, preliminarily researches the construction of rural grass-roots party organization In the perspective of rural population flow.The thesis contains four chapters. Chapter one is introduction, explaining the background, research significance, research review, theoretical basis, train of thought and research methods etc. Chapter two, researching the present situation and new characteristics of present rural population flow of nationwide and sample, meanwhile, analyzing and summarizing results of population flow. Chapter three and four, which are the core parts of this thesis, researching influences brought by population flow to grassroots organization and corresponding countermeasures respectively.
