Along with the social and economic development, government gradually relaxthe control on the social sphere, and grassroot-based civil organizations constantlygrow up. They meet the public needs which government and market can not do, andthey are playing increasingly important roles. However, our current systemenvironment is not very perfect, most of the grassroot civil organizations are stillweak, how to absorb external resources is extremely important. Meanwhile, asenterprises and other profit organizations in China are also facing enormouschallenges, competition is more and more intense, they all stimulate enterprises toseek new ways to accelerate its own development. In the modern society, more andmore enterprises have seen the unique commercial value and social resources ofnon-profit organizations,and they begin to launch a competition in the field of socialwelfare. Therefore, it is a very important task to research the interaction andcooperation between civil organizations and enterprises.Every organization is survival in a larger organization field. One side, thescarcity of resources makes civil organizations be dependent on the environment. Onthe other hand, civil organizations also actively respond to the environmentalmanagement and control. They can adopt various strategies to reduce theirdependence on external resources or other organizations, and increase their owninitiative and social capital. Then their development is upheld.My study used qualitative research method, combined with literature andfieldwork,which means conducting in-depth investigation of a case based on theparticipant observation, interviews and available literature. I came into X Communityin C City as an intern, and participated in the daily work of the community.I made useof leisure time to interview the president and staff, and I learn the change process of the interaction between the community and enterprises. They are through a series ofchanges, from the division to cooperation, from the bondage of policy and ethics tovoluntary cooperation, from elite charm attracted to full recognization of organizationitself. At the same time, the mode of cooperation was also changing from the original"dependent partner type " to "cooperation partner type", from the only exchangingresources to learning mature management mode from each other, and so on. Theinteraction between the two sides are developing increasingly.The changes of their interaction relationship are bound to have a huge impact onthe whole society. It will form an organizational shared management system, anordinal organization environment and social enterprises which can be carried outcontinuously pioneering. These changes can break the traditional behavior andphilosophy, prompting the grass-root civil organizations and enterprises a more rapiddevelopment in their respective fields, and it also can promote the healthy functioningof the public sphere and the entire society in the new social environment.
