The people’s congress system is China’s fundamental political system, the NPC supervision is an important content of the people’s congress system, it is an important power entrusted by the Constitution to the NPC. Radically speaking, the NPC supervision is the people’s supervision to power, Through NPC supervision, we can really put power into cage, it has a very important significance for us to build a socialist society based on the rule of law. Since the reform and opening up, the NPC supervision has made great progress, The research on the theory of NPC supervision system has also been furthered, and has created a new situation in the NPC supervision.However, from a practical point of view, NPC supervision is still the weak link of the work of the NPC, the play of the supervisory role is still not ideal. So why is there such a situation? What are the factors?However, from a practical point of view, NPC supervision is still the weak link in the NPC.
