Study On The Construction Of "New Village - Community" New - Type Rural Community

The author surveyed the literature domestic and abroad, to study the relevant theories ofcommunity construction,Visiting the cities which countryside-community-construction do bettersuch as Kunshan, Zhucheng.I communicated with other counties and local staff who are engagedin the construction of rural community,visited some rural residents of the community, to get thefirst hand data.I put forward the existing rural community construction problems and analyzesthe reasons, gives further improvement to solve the problem of rural community construction.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:The first part of the thesis,mainly through the domestic and foreign research of problems ofthe new rural community construction research and existing problems, and to determine theresearch object of this thesis, the research contents and methods.The second part of the thesis,mainly research the related concepts and theories of ruralcommunity construction,Including the community, rural community, community constructionand village mergesing.land ownership theory, theory of social security and rural grassrootsorganizations.The current situation of rural community construction is the third part of the thesis mainlyresearches four country or city.They are Japan, Kunshan, Qingdao and Zhucheng.The fourth part of the thesis studied the existing problems of rural community construction,and analyzes the causes of the problem.The fifth part of the paper gives the solution to the current problems of the rural communityconstruction suggestion and feasible countermeasures, and conclude that "the construction ofrural community and village community" is one of the effective ways to solve the currentpredicament of the rural community construction.
