Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Old - Age Security In China

Currently the world’s growing aging countries, China’s most populous country as its pension problem is particularly important. With the rapid economic development, China’s policy on pension continuous improvement and innovation, the establishment of a relatively complete basic endowment insurance system for urban workers, but accounted for a larger proportion of our population has not been able to enjoy the farmers brought Policy protection. This article raised the subject of social background and underlying meanings of rural pension system were defined under the proposed theoretical basis livelihood strategies of rural old-age security system. In-depth study of China’s current rural old-age security achievements and problems, and analyzed in terms of ideas, institutions and mechanisms indicate the reason for the existence of the problem.
