At present, China is also in a period of intense social transformation change. Various fields of economy, politics, culture, social class structure has undergone profound changes. For the Communist Party of China, this change brings both tremendous opportunities and tremendous challenges. Such as the18th CCP Congress report said" the Party faces complicated and severe long-term tests in exercising governance, carrying out reform and opening up and developing the market economy as well as tests from the external environment"."constantly improve the Party’s leadership and governance, improve the ability to resist corruption and risks, is to consolidate the ruling party’s position, the mission must be addressed to achieve good governance a major issue."Therefore, it’s importance for the study of social transition period to prevent the ruling Communist Party of China risk issues.In the view of this paper, the ruling risk comes from the contradiction between the transformation of economic, political, cultural, social class structure and Chinese Communist Party’s adaptability to these transformations. To prevent the ruling risk, CCP must adjust it’s organization and policies, according to the new features appearing in the social transformation. There are three parts in this article, the first part define the concept of the ruling risk and social transformation. The second part analysis the ruling risk from the perspective of economics, politics, culture, social class structure. The economic transformation bring ruling risks to the economic base of the party, the people’s recognition of the party, the party’s performance, social governance capacity; The political transition bring the risks of increasing pressure on political participation, power Corruption risk World "wave of democratization" shocks; The cultural transformation bring risks to the party’s ideology, members of the community to Marxism risk faith, moral anomie; The social class restructuring bring risks to the Party’s class base and mass base, the ability to integrate the interests of the party, the party’s grassroots organizations.
