An Empirical Study On Optimizing Social Organization Management

The author, who work in Jing An District of Shanghai, have strong interests in research of management of Social Organizations. He also has been involved in the optimization and development of Social Organizations at Jing An District in resent years. This research article makes a research on a case study of trial of optimization in management of Social Organizations at Jing An District by the observation of the whole optimizing process and Analysis on the results. Meanwhile, both domestic and abroad well known cases of management-systems were quoted by the author in the article. The research which is applicable for management of Social Organizations in Jing An District will propose the ideas and suggestions on optimizing and developing Social Organizations further for the whole Shanghai city.The following article altogether divides into five parts.Introductory remarks part:The brief introduction of the main principle of management of Social Organizations and research results of domestic and abroad academic fields. The reason of choosing this field.The First chapter:The case study in management of Social Organizations of Jingan District, Shanghai. The research look back the basic the general profiles of changes, optimizing process, the trial of new means including determine and construction of "1+5+X" models, as well as the changed results and the solutions feasibility analysis of Jingan District.The second chapter:Questionnaire survey and some problem of management. Anulysing the results of the problem.The third chapter:The research of domestic typical management of Social Organizations. In this case. Emphasizing on the analysis of the advantage in management of Social Organizations in different cases. The purpose is to indicate the background of management of Social Organizations in the following text.The fourth chapter:To grope the optimization of Social Organizations in Jing An District. The author will conclude the grasped principles of future work management of Social Organizations from the case study of Jingan District. And also propose ideas and suggestions on rebuilding domestic system in management of Social Organizations.
