A Study On The Community Support And Path Of "Empty - Nested Old People" In Rural Areas Of Shanxi Province

The trend of the aging population is a typical characteristic of Chinese population in the new century. And the vast majority of the giant number of aged people are in the rural area. In addition to the disintegration of the traditional family structure, the development of rural urbanization, the process of industrialization, the rural aged people turn into "Empty Nest". And after the solution of physical endowment problem of the "Empty Nester", they must face the problem of spiritual culture endowment. From the perspective of reality, the level of economic development of Shanxi province is in the middle level, the spiritual cultural endowment problem of the "Empty Nester" also has the particularity which is different from that of the developed provinces and less developed provinces. Therefore, this thesis take Shanxi Province for an example, whose economic development level is in the medium degree, take its rural "Empty Nester" cultural endowment as the research object, through a sample survey of Empty Nester in rural areas of S City, Shanxi province, trying to dig out the problem of the rural Empty Nester in Shanxi province, discussing the adaptability of rural Empty Nester culture endowment from the community support angle, and designs the optimal community support Empty Nester culture endowment.In order to achieve the goal of the study, thus this dissertation aim at the particularity of the rural "Empty Nester" in Shanxi province first, taking scientific selection of integrated design and sample questionnaire, questionnaire primarily, supplemented by some interviews, forming the investigation report of "the cultural endowment situation of Empty Nester in Shanxi province". By investigation and analysis, this article makes a detailed analysis from the economic income, constraints of education level, family culture endowment support functions weakening, the development of rural cultural undertakings and the lagging, finds out the reasons of Shanxi province rural "Empty Nester" cultural endowment problems.then, this article makes a detailed analysis from the cultural endowment community support to solve the limitation of economic culture, to compensate for the lack of complementary, to compensate for the adaptability of the rural cultural undertakings lags, which make the view of community support in rural areas of Shanxi province Empty Nester culture endowment more reasonable. Finally, this paper aims at the community support to Empty Nester culture endowment, designs the specific path from the self-entertainment demand, social demand, value creation culture endowment. and the implementation of the above paths, proposed the guarantee measures from capital, human resources,technology,system,etc..
