| With the progress of Chinese society, more and more parents began the moment attention to children’s education. Continue to reform the education system, college tuition showing a rising trend. For some poor families, hundreds of thousands of tuition and living expenses become a heavy burden on the majority of poor families. Students from poor families and poor countries urgently extensive funding, schools and society. And as a special group of poor college students, the difficulties faced by female students are more prominent. Shaanxi Provincial Red Phoenix Project for poor female college students in Shaanxi membership adopted a way of social support, to some extent alleviate the economic plight of poor students. However, in the process of implementation of social support, since the difference between the three parties and the idea of their status, etc., inevitably causing discomfort, this paper focuses on the relationship between the tripartite social funding.The article describes the current situation of poor funding for poor female college students in Shaanxi Shaanxi membership non-profit organization currently introduced Red Phoenix Project for poor female college student financial aid.
