Research On Community Services Supply For The Aged In The Aged Society With Guangzhou Fengyuan Community For A Case

With the change of social environment and the economic environment, the problem of population aging has become increasingly prominent, China’s population aging problem has been widely concerned by the government and society at the end of twentieth century. The change of family structure and modern life style make the family endowment cannot meet the demand of the elderly pension wel. in addition, the emergence of the aging of population in China is far ahead of the level of economic development and the social pension provision also cannot make up for the lack of family pension. In such a situation, the new pension service system research is very important.The new community endowment service is an important measure and means to respond to the challenge of population aging at the present stage in our country, it provides an effective way for the realization of the elderly security in china, combining the traditional family with social old-age pension. In the construction of new community endowment service system, what kind of service the community can provide, how to balance the supply and demand of community service and the path choice of construction of city community service system for the elderly are the major research problems and the focus as well.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, introduceing the background, significance, research status and research methods. The second chapter gives the definition of key concepts and the related theories, demonstrating the practical feasibility and the theoretical possibility of city community endowment as well. The third chapter takes Guangzhou Fengyuan community as an example and analyses the current situation of community pension operation. The fourth chapter explores the successful experience of endowment service of foreign developed countries or regions and summarizes community endowment service experience for reference in domestic area at the same time. Based on the analysis of the results of the empirical research, the fifth chapter explores the development path of old-age service system of city community, combining with the domestic and foreign existing theoretical results and practical experience.
