| The right to education is a fundamental right of citizens in minority areas, t improve of minority women’s legal protection system is a key influence in the development of minority education. Legal protection for minority women to improve the system, not only conducive to the realization of personal value of minority women, more conducive to improving the quality of the nation; not only help enhance the social status of minority women, more conducive to the development of national cultural heritage; not only conducive to regional economic and political development, more conducive to the consolidation of national unity, the status of national prosperity. For the ethnic minority women in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, because some history reasons, the status of the education still have a gap between Han and Bai people; the legal protection of the right to education is also inadequate. Therefore, in this article the literature, investigation and empirical analysis will be used to research the legal protection for minority women to education in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, and aimed to finding factors that affect minority women achieved the right to education, Last, some advice will be give to improve the legal protection of the right to education.This paper is divided into four parts: first, this paper will make a clear definition and features about the right to minority women’s education, and talk about the research value of this topic. And some provision about the right to education will be show including international law and domestic law. Secondly, take Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture for instance; the status of minority women to education and the problems will be comprehensive analysis. Then, the factors affecting the realization of the right to education of minority women will be analyzed, focusing on the analysis of the legal system related factors. Finally, thinking of the suitable legal protection of the right to education of women minority. |
