In knowledge economy, the human resource plays a critical role in modern technology enterprises. Facing fiercely competition from home and abroad in the near future, how to design and establish effective performance management system and then perform the enterprise human resource promoting system will have a significant and positive influence on long term development of domestic enterprises.Sichuan A Corporation recognized the defect in the former performance management system and established a new modern system by using the theories and method of the Balance Scorecard system. The author tries to apply the theory of performance management and the method of balanced scorecard to analyze the new modern system and evaluate its effective influence as well as provide suggestion to solve the new problems it brings.In section 1, the author briefly introduces the researching problem.From section 2 to 3, the author introduces the theory of performance management and the method of balanced scorecard.From section 4 to 5, the new system of performance management including performance plan, performance coaching, and performance evaluation as well as performance reward is introduced.Section 6 shows the effective influence of the system and also some new problems it bring with .And then the author gives some advice for solving these problems.
