With the developing of our country's urbanization, a lot of peasants' lands have been taken over for use and large numbers of peasants become lost-land peasants. The actual low standard of expropriating land and allocation and the singleness in the model of allocation cause lots of peasants to be pauper in city. It is undoubted that the desiderative problem is the construction of social security systems of the lost-land peasants. Based on the research of relative counties of Chengdu city, the text points out the crucial problem is raising social security money, analyzes that the deep causes of the problems. It makes a conclusion that the feasible resolving project is "land changing security", innovating on the systems of expropriating land, reconstructing the compensation model, matching the relative measures.The full text is divided into five chapter altogether. First of all, the text summarizes the status of the lost-land peasants basing on the research of Wenjiang district's lost-land peasants in Chengdu city. In the second part, this text has analyzed the social security status quo of city residents, peasants and lost-peasants. At the same time it indicates the necessity of constructing the social security systems of the lost-land peasants from the angles of economy, society and polity. The third part, the text summarizes the history, status quo of the social security for the land-lost peasants based on the relative county, analyzes the difficulties of constructing the lost-land social security systems in the practice, opens the deep cause of difficulties. The fourth part, the text indicates the rules of constructing social security systems for the lost-land peasants on the base of analyzing itsdifficulties and the deep cause of problems. Finally, based on the fore four parts, this text points out the contents of social security for the lost-land peasants, and brings forward the projects of raising money, the arrangements of systems about social security and the lowest living security, and so on. At the same time it points out the matching relative measures.This text attempts to carry on innovations from the following several respects. First, it indicates the necessity of constructing the social security systems of the lost-land peasants from the angles of economy, society and polity.
