Study On Suzhou Cp Company Marketing Strategy

The feed industry, which is close connected with the national economy and the people's livelihood, is a great sort of integrated industry. After 20 years' quick development, China has become the second biggest country among the countries that produce feed. The development of feed industry promoted the growth of animal husbandry and aquatic product industry, and mitigated the contradiction of grain demand. Suzhou Cp Company was founded in 2001. Because it had no clear development strategy and marketing strategy, the company was to the bad in the passed 3 years. However, since China has joined WTO and the feed industry itself has reached maturity, the feed industry is now facing such situation as flowing: heated competition, slowly increasing, badly surplus production and falling profit. It is a problem in dire need of solving that the company must have a clear marketing strategy and profit. First, the thesis analyses the situation of feed industry of china and Anhui province, at the same time, the thesis analyses the marketing environment of feed industry by Porter Five Element Model. Second, the thesis recommends the Cp Group and Suzhou Cp Company, point out the weakness of marketing strategy, and then use the SWOT method to analyses the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. Third, the thesis reselected targeting market of the company and repositioned, accomplished the marketing strategy, i.e. product strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy and place strategy. In the end, the thesis brings forward the safeguards of executive and suggestion for government. The author hopes that this thesis could bring some benefit to Suzhou Cp Company, other feed company and other agriculture goods company.
