In recent years,the feed industry has transited from seller's market to buyer's market,and most feed enterprises face with a very tough market environment.Hard sales,excess production capacity,high production cost,low economic and so on have serious influence to the survival of enterprises.In the increasingly fierce competition environment,enterprises must use marketing theory according to different market environment and combined with its own advantages and disadvantages.Also they need to consider different stages of development and creative marketing mix strategy.Only in this way can the enterprise can keep in an impregnable position in the intense market competition.This paper uses the PEST environment analysis model,Michael porter's five competitive forces model and SWOT analysis method to analysis internal and external environment and advantages and disadvantages of T company.Basis on this,aiming at the problems on the company marketing strategy,the paper renews the T company's target market and market positioning.Then making the company's product strategy,price strategy,promotion strategy and channel strategy according to 4 Ps as the main lineIn terms of market segmentation,target market selection and positioning,this article divides T market system into important market,the main market,general market and other markets,and marketing strategy for each market.In terms of pricing strategy,this article designs more flexible price system basis on market segmentation.In the aspect of product strategy,this paper suggest to actively research and develop functionality feed and deepen the feed differentiation function and product customization marketing.Introduce feed mortgage instalments by financial means.In the aspect of channel strategy,based on the basis of the niche market distribution and direct sales system is designed.In the promotion strategy,according to the characteristics of T weak network marketing,this paper suggests to redesign enterprise website,soft wen marketing and so on to carry out the marketing work.For T company,only on the basis of their own advantages and characteristics,and according to market situation can the scientific and effective marketing scheme can be designed,which can effectively improve enterprise sales and reach the company fast and steady development.
