With the continues speedy development of Chinese economy , The demand and supply of TDI (Toluene diisocynate) is more and more greater , This brought a good opportunity for the DNT (raw material of TDI) manufacturing enterpriseUtility the theory and method of the strategy management and combining the actual situation of DNT Company after it separated from Ying Guang Group is researched in this thesis. Based on the internal and exotic environment analysis of DNT company, five aspect i. e .the total environment of the company , the development status of DNT product , the industries competitive structure of DNT product , the evaluation of the competitive strength of each enterprise within this industry and the external factors evaluation are researched , the external element evaluation is constructed and the opportunity and the threats of the future development facing by the DNT company is analyzed .Based on the core competitive power theory , though the inside resource and capability analysis of the DNT company , the inside key element evaluation matrix is constructed and the strength and weakness is determined.On the basis of the above research, the market competitive strategy of DNT Company is designed in accordance with the SWOT matrix. Utility the quantitative strategy evaluation matrix, this plan is analyzed and evaluated and at last it is determined that the scale strategy based on the product and service be the optimum competitive strategy of the DNT company product market.On the fact of strategy security, such as renew ideas and unify the thought; establishing modern enterprise system, building the Limited company; perfecting the mechanism of check and initiative; building and implementingdevelopment mechanism of the new product; accelerating the step the product innovation ; perfecting the operation model enhancing marketing ;paying attention to the human resources development ,utilization and training of human resource to the full , setting up new concept of modem customer service strengthening customer relationship management ,building the modem financial management system , the thesis proposes many operation suggestions.
