Study On The Enterprise's Devolopment Strategy In Network Economy Background

The dissertation is formed under the direction of the supervisors and together with my own career experience and study interest.In past ten years, the traditional economy structrue has completely been changed by the fast developing network economy.The new characterstics of network economy bring a deeply innovation to the present enterprises in the fields of strategic theory,management ideas,operation method,organization structure etc. It is not only an opportunity, but also a challenge to the present enterprises's existence and development.As network economy just arises recently, nowadays, the most enterprises of our country dont have enough knowledge about the network economy. Therefor,in order to assist our enterprises to have a right consideration of the unavoidable opportunity and challenge brought by the network economy,to lead them to adjust their operation ideas and development strategy,it is a very significant thing to research deeply into the enterprise devolopment strategy under the network economy background.The study ways in the dissertation are the followings: dissertations study,theory discussion,contrast analysis,induction and summation,cases proving.The dissertation are composed of five chapters.Chapter 1 describes the study background and study meanings then give a definition to the concept of the network economy on the basic of the related dissertations,and then give a general review to the concerned network economy and enterprise strategy study made by the schoolars both home and abroad.Finally,set up the study frame,ideas and methods of the dissertation.Chapter 2 summarizes the new characteristics of the network economy,then the focus is on the analysis of the opportunity and challenge brought to the enterprise by the network economy.Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 analysises the innovations that the network economy brings to the enterprise's development strategy.It emphasizes that the enterprises development strategy under the network economy background should adjust as follows:to set up the internationlizating development strategy furtherly, to push the organization and culture strategy revolution inflexibly,to change the competition concept thoroughly,to make out the thinking method intenselyof winning victory by quick actions ,to depend on creation strategy methods closely,to strengthen the strategy base of knowledge management strongly.Chapter 5 proves the main idea in this dissertation by the analysis on the development strategy creation case of the Guangdong TCL Group company.Innovations of the dissertation lie as follows:1.Combine the network economy theory with the enterprise strategy management theory,analyse the characteristics of the enterprise's development strategy in the network economy times and the concerned adjustment ways to a comparatively complete degree.2.1t brings forward a original idea that study mode evolve in three dimensional space in network economy times,the three dimensional space involves time,length and breadth etc.3.It brings forward a original view that enterprise's development idea should be changed from concerning of space cost to concerning of time cost.4.The analysis on the development strategy case of the Guangdong TCL Group company is a creation.
