The compensation management is the core content of enterprises' human resource management.Reasonable and valid compensation system can not only validate to stir up the initiative and activity of employees, promote employees to work hard to realize enterprises'targets, and increase enterprises'performance, but also can attract and reserve a employee team with good qualities and competition abilities under the knowledge-based economy where the competition is increasingly fierce. However, the enterprises in our country face problems such as outmoded and antiquated conception of compensation management, the unreasonable construction of salary system, serious average doctrine, lack competitiveness of the compensation system, little incentives to the important employees, the lack of long incentives and so on.This article's aim is to analyze and solve these problems,applied the relevant theories of economics and management,combined with its uptodate trends in the world and successful experiences of compensation in other countries,to design a reasonable compensation system, expecting the compensation management of enterprises in our country to step into a good cycle.Specific speaking,the paper begins with explaining human resource strategy and compensation management of enterprise,and analyzes the newest trends of international enterprises'compensation management, then introduces the deeds of compensation management in oversea countries and gets useful inspiration for us,based on analyzing completely the problems of enterprises'compensaton management in our country,brings up the main countermeasures to reform and innovate the compensation management.
