Based on the modern compensation management theory, This paper improves the compensation management strategy of YA Construction Engineering Co. Ltd.,,and summarizes the complete solution.This paper is formed by five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, briefly elaborates the research background, purpose and meaning, contents and methods; The second chapter is the review of related theory; The third chapter introduces the present situation of the employee compensation management of YA Construction Engineering Co. Ltd.,; The fourth chapter is about the compensation management scheme design of the company’s employee, including the purpose and principle of design, the overall train of thought and the key points and specific solutions; The fifth chapter illustrates the employee compensation management plan implementation safeguard measures. Described the problems of the current salary distribution system in the protocols, which is no longer adaptive to the company’s development, and becoming the obstacle gradually. Using the modern compensation management theory, according to the company itself mid-term and long-term cooperation strategy and HR program, and comparing with the compensation management pattern of those enterprises in the same industry at home and abroad, this article adapts the advanced the strategy and theory as the specific methods,and designs a set of new compensation management system which contains the salary policy, salary level, salary construction and encourage, which is suitable for the company’s development.This paper systematically describes the company compensation management and the modern theory, expounds the core of the management in different levels, as the broadband type salary framework, the diversification of career development. The paper is a reference to those large and medium-sized building enterprises optimizing a scientific and reasonable compensation management based on their own real situation of the HR development and enterprise development strategy.
