The human resource management has become an important part in enterprise management, performance management is the key part in the human resource management, is the basis of the decision in human affairs. It has got more and more attention that improving the employees's performance and thus to improve the performance of the enterprise.With the great mass fervor of real estate, the real estate enterprise especially small and middle ones are facing with threat and opportunity, in order to develop and exist, they must strengthen their management.But in fact, no matter in the theory or the designing and implement, they have some wrong understanding. From the other hand, the implement of performance management is lack of systematic and scientific methods, and they made the failure of performance management. So how to design a set of scientific, perfect performance management system is very important.This paper starts from the theory of performance management, the author surveyed the real estate enterprises in Chongqing through the telephone and visiting, from the survey, the author found the performance management in these enterprises is elementary, so she decided to write this paper at once. The author is by the surveying of the real estate enterprises in Chongqing, considering the reality of performance management in these enterprises, and uses her experience for reference, according to the characteristic of the real estate, the author did her best to build a set of perfect performance management system suitable for them. And she hopes this paper can provide some value for the managers and employees who are engaged in human resource management in real estate enterprises.
