On The Nonlinear Mechanism Of Enterprises' Technological Innovation System

Enterprises' technological innovation system is a dynamic and complicated system that comprises some essential elements. The traditional linear perspective and linear model can not adapt to analyze technological innovation system. The rapid development of nonlinear science provides important theoretic tool for studying enterprises' technological innovation system. This paper uses the advanced international and domestic research referring to the nonlinear mechanism of enterprises' technological innovation system. On the basis of modern system science, technological innovation theory and management theory, as well as comparative method and systemic method, the author does some deep research on the nonlinear mechanism of enterprises' technological innovation system. At first, the paper analyses the essential elements, structure and function of the enterprises' technological innovation, together with the formation and character of self-organization system of enterprises' technological innovation under the function of nonlinear mechanism. Then, it does some research on the nonlinear mechanism of enterprises' technological innovation system from the dimensions of structure and function, information feedback, and cooperation and evolvement respectively. The author further supposes that the research of the innovative subjects system should be enhanced. Finally, the paper advances some advice about how to optimize the system of enterprises' technological innovation.This paper can bring some helpful introduction to the development of enterprises' technological innovation activity. It also can contribute to resolving the complicated problems in the process of enterprises' technological innovation, and accelerate the course of enterprises' technological innovation. Meanwhile, it can do some helpful work for complementing and perfecting the theory of technological innovation.
