The Research On Enterprise Clusters Of Chengdu Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone

Because of the rising and the development of the regional economic, the enterprise clusters phenomena attract a number of economists' attention. However, up to now the research on enterprise clusters in China concentrates in developed eastern region. The research on developing western region is very few. The enterprise clusters as one kind of economic organization form, has the formidable overflowing effect, and has the functions of promoting local economic status and driving the whole area economy development. So, this paper takes enterprise clusters of Chengdu hi-tech industrial development zone as research object.The general mechanism consists of two parts, the internal power mechanism and the exterior environment mechanism. The internal power mechanism refers to the gathering desire of the forming and developing of the enterprises clusters, such as clusters organization superiority, clusters cost superiority, clusters external economic superiority, clusters market superiority and clusters innovation superiority. The exterior environment mechanism refers to the gathering conditions of the forming and developing of the enterprises clusters, such as social culture conditions, nature conditions, elements of production conditions, assistance installation conditions, government's policy conditions, entrepreneur's spirits conditions and market demand conditions.This paper takes enterprise clusters of Chengdu hi-tech industrial development zone as research object, analyzes its exterior environmental conditions and proposes the innovation network mechanism of Chengdu hi-tech industrial development zone. The exterior environmental conditions of Chengdu hi-tech industrial development zone mainly refer to elements of production conditions, assistance installation conditions, government's policy conditions, market demand conditions, the area position conditions and so on. In the innovation network mechanism of Chengdu hi-tech industrial development zone, the main creating sources are universities and the scientific research institution, especially the research institution in enterprises; the enterprises are the innovation network mechanism's main body; the government is the innovation network mechanism's constructer and safeguard; the financial organizations are the innovation network mechanism's auxiliary booster; the intermediary organizations are the innovation network mechanism's bond. And the, this paperanalyzes the existence questions in Chengdu hi-tech development industrial zone, and finally proposes the corresponding measures to these questions.
