Industrial Co-operative Research On Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone

Industry is the most important aspect of the regional economic development,and its level of development is not only related to the rational and efficient allocation of resources,affects the economic growth and quality,but also reflects the quality of regional economic development and represents the regional economic development stage.Therefore,promoting regional economic integration through regional industrial cooperation is an important aspect of speeding up the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone to become the fourth growth pole and co-ordinate regional economic development,and it's also an important force of China in the context of economic crisis.This paper studied on how to promote industrial cooperation based on the regional economic development and industrial structure,industry clusters and the division of labor theory.The paper also proposes the direction of cooperation on the three industries and provides some advices on industrial co-operation of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone after analysinig the current situation of the Economic Zone.This paper is completed based on the project Studies on the Planning for Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone's Development which the author participated during the time of pursuing the master's degree.The paper introduces comprehensively the theory of regional industrial division and economic development theory,advances the main contents of regional industrial cooperation,analyses the necessity and possibility of Chengyu industrial cooperation after introducing the relationship among industrial structure,industry clusters and economic development.After Normative analysis,the paper studies the industrial development of Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone empirically.First,the paper analyses the relationship between the industrial structure and economic growth of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone through an econometric model.Second,the paper introduces the status of industrial development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone.Finally,the paper advances a series of industrial cooperation schemes and policies to promote economic cooperation of the economic zone from the perspective of innovation,disseminating technology and information, lowering transaction costs,forming scale effect.
