On The Development Of Industrial Clusters Of Changchun High-tech Zone

The industrial cluster as a unique form of economic organization has beenstrongly advocated and promoted in both China and worldwide, resulting fruitfulresearch. Even though this field of study started late in China, the development ofregional industrial clusters is quite fast, especially in coastal areas. The developmentof industrial clusters is of great significance to improve national economy, which hasbecome an important indicator of the level of regional economic development.Building industrial clusters not only helps to reduce the cost of industrialdevelopment, improve operational efficiency and competitive advantage ofproduction, but also optimize the industrial layout and accelerate the rational flow oftechnology. It also helps personnel and other resources to effectively promote therapid, coordinated and healthy development of the regional economy.This paper aims to study the development of industrial clusters in ChangchunHigh-tech Zone, provide an in-depth analysis Hi-tech Zone economic development inrecent years, and propose development of Hi-tech Zone industrial clusters in terms ofthe current problems. The author also discussed how to better play the role ofinvestment in high-tech zones. This paper hopefully will contribute to high-techindustrial development as well as economic development in Hi-tech Zone ofChangchun.The thesis is divided into four parts: In Chapter1, the author introduces theresearch background, analyzes current research nationally and worldwide, andmentioned the innovation and limitation of this paper as well as the methodologyused in this paper; In Chapter2, the author provides the basic overview of industrialclusters and theoretical framework of this study; In Chapter3，the author analyzed thedeveloping issues of Changchun High-tech Development Zone industrial clusters, andillustrated the status quo, achievements and advantages to further analyzes the currentcluster development problems and causes of the problem; In Chapter4, the author made some recommendation for the high-tech zone in the development of industrialclusters in terms of its problems, in the hope of enhancing Changchun High-techdevelopment.
