Developing the high-tech industries of theory research is related to timely and urgency.Competitiveness is the origin of an industry, to analysis the competitiveness of high and new technology is convenient for us to understand the law of industries development, to further provide guidance; Human capital investment on industrial competitiveness is of great significance and get the experts and scholars of affirmation and support. This research is based on predecessors' point of view to further study on the elements of the core human capital investment on competitiveness and aimed at providing useful information for researchers in the field of high-tech industries.In recent years, dominated by high and new technology industrial development is Wuhan city development strategy advanced manufacturing, electronic information, new materials, biological medicine and medical equipment field, new energy and energy efficient field has formed a certain advantage in domestic and international. Based on the analysis of Wuhan high-tech industries development present situation and insufficient combination model on the basis of the research conclusion, put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, provide reference for the development of high-tech industries in Wuhan city.This thesis consists of five parts.The first part mainly put forward in this paper has done research in accordance with the realistic need, which the industry development and national economic development; And the topic of human capital, high technology and new technology enterprise, competitive field, review and summary a large number of domestic and foreign literature.The second part describes the human capital, high-tech industries, competitiveness, the article studies is based on the summary and presentation of views proposed in this paper.The third part uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the regression model, analyzing the influence factors of the high-tech industry competitiveness and the core human capital index factors influence analysis of each factor on competitiveness as the core human capital of high-tech industry competitiveness influence made qualitative and quantitative analysis.The fourth part analyses the current development of Wuhan high-tech enterprises and the core status of human capital and from the perspective of the core human capital to enhance the competitiveness of Wuhan high-tech industry put forward constructive Suggestions;The sixth part gave a summary of the text.
