The human resource has become the key for the enterprise as the economic times comes. Therefore the performance management, the core of the human resource management, so has played the balance of the enterprise management. Meanwhile, how to raise the enthusiasm and the creativity of the employees, and in which ways to retain their performance level continuous high, is the sticking point for the success of the enterprise. Establishing the perfect performance management system , we can not only make the employees excited, but also can raise the competition and the adaptation of the enterprise because of the strong insurance supplied by the performance management system for the stratagem. From these reasons list above, the performance management has been given more and more attention by the managers.The aim company of this thesis is the HX, which is a high-tech company taking up with information technique and the digital transmission and control. The development, production and the service for the software and hardware are still in the scope of HX s business.This thesis is based on the reestablishing of the human resource management of HX Company. As one of the main members of the project, the author takes in charge of the redesign of the new performance management system on the base of the related theories and the fact existing in the HX Company. Also, the strengths of the author are still involved in theformer investigation and the visiting. The analysis of the problem relating to the performance management is the basis of the new design.This thesis has been divided into four parts excusive of the preface and the tag. The first part is the summary of the related theories, which is the academic support of the new design. The second part is the analysis of the problem existing in the HX performance management, which is the fact support of the new design as well. In the third part, the author gives the new design for the performance management system on the basis of the related theories and the practice. The new design will adapt to the development of the company. At last, the author gives the conclusion of the new design, which also concludes the merits and the disadvantage.In the new design, the author put the stratagem in the first place. All the designs, no matter the pick-up of the index or the application of the performance management system, are sticking to the strategy of the HX Company. Meanwhile, the fishbone chart has been adopted in the process of the index picked up, which can help the process of the index picked up more logically and scientifically. Anyway, some disadvantages still exist in the redesign, such as the appraisal of the team.
