Examination And Redesign Of Performance Management System In DF Company

In this paper, we use performance management theory to take deep study in performance management of DF, a government financing platform of which the internal management was based on traditional experience-oriented management approach. In this paper, we take a strategic view to study the performance management problem of DF company by using various research methods such as questionnaire investigation, empirical research, theoretical analysis. We try to figure out the existing problems and build an optimized management structure that suits for a local company like DF to enhance its competitiveness in the market.The paper listed several theories and four methods of performance management, illustrates a survey of company performance management and actual situations of DF. The analysis was supported by theories, questionnaires and interviews through which five main problems and the reasons to cause those problems were pointed out. These problems include:1. lack of adequate implementation force;2.indefinite subject;3.unscientific assessment indicators;4.Monotonous approach;5.results short of actual application; By analyzing the above problems and combining the actual condition of the company, an optimum proposal was brought forward. The optimum proposal set a good example for the similar government financing platforms to develop themselves in a scientific, standard healthy way. This paper systematically provides a specific solution to guide DF on its company performance management action through various company cases and the author’s own work experience, integrated performance management application with other social functions such as recruiting, training and payment survey in HR management. This paper plays a certain reference role in human resource management in other government financing companies.
