A Study On NCPC Management Mechansims Based On Ownership Diversification

Nowadays , in the reform of the state-owned enterprises, the two hottest issueswhich have been commonly researched by the academe are the problems of propertyand the management mechanism transformation.The ownership of the enterprise is one of the most crucial contents in thestructure of the corporate governance. On one hand, the single property caused by thepast planned economy badly affects the development of the enterprise;as a result,master positions of the employees have not been realized in reality. On the other hand,the government-the governor of the state-owned property, regulates the enterprisewith strong government actions. And the operator of the state-owned enterprise is alsothe representative of the owner of the property. As a result, the control and ownershipof an enterprise cannot be effectively separated.The biggest difference between state-owned enterprises and other forms ofenterprises is the management mechanism, which is an inarguable fact. Personnelsystem, labor system and distribution system are three most crucial contents. Reformsof the three systems directly influence the vitality of an enterprise. For this reason, weshould pay special attention to it.NCPC(North China Pharmaceutical Corporation), once one of the 156state-owned largest constructive items in the early days of New China, survivessuccessfully till now, but it is now being entangled with the common faults of otherstate-owned enterprises. In consideration of the circumstances and situations, theresearch of solving the two problems is significant to the further development forNCPC.In the first two chapters, the paper takes up the background and significance ofthe topic selection and analyzes the environment of China's medical industry. Fromthe third to the sixth chapter, around property and the management mechansim, thepaper, both in theory and practice, analyzes the main causes of the problems ofNCPC and also the methods and ways to solve these problems.
