Real estate industry is one of the pole industries of national economy. Realestate market is the weatherglass which shows whether the national economy isprosperous or not. The last several years have witnessed a fast growth of real estateindustry in China, and the market has been better and better.As one of the power in economy in China, Shandong Province has sufferedthe problem of small size in the development of real estate. Therefore, it hasbecome one of the key subject to make deep study of the real estate market inShandong Province.In this thesis, the author analyzed the environment of the area, studied thecurrent status, forecasted the future, and studied the market segmentation ofShandong Province's real estate industry. Besides, marketing strategy was probed.Market research theory and marketing theory was applied in this thesis.This thesis is aimed at providing reference in making decision for the investors,developers , professional service organization and the related governmentdepartments so that it can promote the healthy development.
