With the global integration of economy and Internet technology becoming moredeeply and widely, the form and content of corporation management have innovatedcontinually. The traditional performance appraisal has developed to integratedperformance management, because it cannot fulfill the need of corporation management.Performance management has been used widely in western countries, but it is still a newthing for Chinese organization. We should advance the work of the human resourcemanagement with the focus of performance management, and then advance the wholemanagement level finally. The results management can let all employees of the businessenterprise, can reach the target and works that company expect to standard. The thesismade a deeply analysis on performance management from strategic, whole and advancedaspects. Put forward the new model the performance management to cope with dynamicand competitive economy environment and bring forward the practical and effectivemeasures.
