The Development Strategy Study Of DaXian Group Basing On Core Competence

With the growing intense competition nowadays, the simplex competition strategy and ability could be easily imitated, followed up or even surpassed by other competitors, to form the core competence that is different from the competitors is of great importance for a company. Furthermore, with the development and perfection of the corporate strategy theory, the study of core competence has become a very important starting point. Therefore, the development strategy basing on core competence is of great significance for enhancing the market competitive capability of an enterprise. The paper is the new program that is put forward just under this background and objective.From the perspective of core competence composition and enterprise operation flow, the paper establishes the core competence index system of IT Equipments, including R&D ability, manufacture capacity, sale and market exploitation, human resource, organization & management ability and corporation culture. Meanwhile, the core competence evaluation index system of DaXian Group is formed basing on the academic and practical study above. Furthermore, the paper deeply studies the external and internal strategic environment of DaXian Group, and closely analyzes the questionnaire by AHP-Fuzzy Model, and finally, gets the following conclusions: the overall core competence of Daxian is in the quite common level, both of manufacture and sale & market exploitation ability are good, culture is middle level, R&D ability is weak, human resource is below the middle level, and the organization & management ability is not good as well.According to the analysis above, the strategy framework of DaXian Group is formed: to begin with, DaXian should change the management perspective relying on core competence;Secondly, committing itself to shaping three key backbones which are conforming internal resource by taking advantages of regional preferred policy, developing critical business by strategic alliance and collaboration, cultivating market oriented R&D system by technology innovation management. Finally, under the support and guidance of the management perspective and strategic framework above, DaXian Group forms an integrative developments strategy to foster and improve its core competence.
