Parent-subsidiary Corporation is a typical economic organization form in modern society,and human resource is the key resource of this form,as well as the key element for the surviving and development of companies.It dominates company vision,culture,organizational structure,business model,and competitiveness.With the continuous progress of society,Parent-subsidiary Corporation becomes more complicated,and collaboration becomes more amazing.In recent years,explorations towards human resource collaboration in Group companies mainly focuses on the status,function,model and influencial elements,while seldom on collaboration points in human resource management.This text explains its analysis on it based on the comprehensive research of relevant articles in the field of management collaboration theory,group business management collaboration connotation,key collaboration point and group HR management collaboration.It regards the six basic HR models(human resource and planning,recruiting and allocation,training and development,salary and welfare,KPI management and flow of talents)as the first level index of HR management collaboration of Parent-subsidiary Corporation,and give several second level indexes below each first level index.Through summary and combing of'second level indexes(collaboration points)through article summary,extended talks and open questionnaire,and evaluation of each second level index through another round of questionnaire,this text forms an accurate and complete collaboration point index system,utilizing statistics analysis method,combining and eliminating indexes of low discrimination.Finally,it implements sorting of collaboration points'average value through reliability testing,summarizes key collaboration points,important points and ordinary points,combines human resource models,and evaluates the differences of each collaboration point under different models in the process of Parent.80 collaboration points are sorted out,including 12 human resource planning,15 recruiting and allocation,15 training and development,12 salary management,10 KPI management,9 talent flow management and 7 staff relationship management po'ints.The degree of discrimination and reliability of all indexes are proved to be good through test on sample T and reliability test.Through sequencing treatment,20 key collaboration points,39 important collaboration points and 21 ordinary collaboration points are got.This collaboration index system owns certain application value under the management model of INPUR Group.
