Marketing theory is prevalent in our life. It should be combine with the particularly industry when it is used. Along with telecom industry developed, more and more people began to use mobile telephone, the number of fixed telephone users increased, but the profit increased slowly, it means the relative marketing share decreased. The merchants of fixed telephone have to take measures to improve this situation, so the developmental strategy of fixed telephone is set to work. The conventional fixed telephone can't be satisfied with the new requirement. Hanwang I908 intelligent phone is a new production;it can be used as a conventional fixed telephone, in additions, it also can be used in internet, such as, downloading ring, receiving message etc, it supports the requirement which the fixed telephone demand for the new operation. But the cost of I908 intelligent phone is too high. it results in the high price, how could it be accept by the conventional fixed telephone user? How to fix a price, how to make decision for the strategy? How to make the marketing division and choose the target customers? How to choose the channel for sales? Every steps should be done well. All of the questions will get the answers in the paper. It was very lucky for the author to have chance to join the test-market. The paper is based on the experiences, marketing theory and discussing on the marketing strategy of Hanwang I908.
