Telecom operators have entered the era of diversified business. Providing only voice telecommunication infrastructure services is the past. They have transformed from telecommunication infrastructure service providers to integrated information service providers. That how to take advantage of their customer and network and make up a service stage between business customer and public user is the key factor that will decide the position of telecom corporation in future competition.The telephone navigation service is a value-added service of China Netcom Corporation. It help public customer find all kinds of integrate information and increase the business value of the telephone number of business customer.From the perspective of marketing management, the thesis firstly analyze market environment of Henna Netcom corporation telephone navigation service from use SWOT analysis method. Then subdivision the marketing and proposes the target sub-market. Basic on marketing management theory, thesis proposes combination marketing strategy basic on products, price, promotion and channel.The author practice and optimize the marketing strategy during marketing management process. the thesis make suggestion in telephone navigation service developing stratagem, including developing programming of product,consummating structure and supporting,consummating product and service stage,stepping up brand,conformity information and so on. Basic on daily management, thesis suggest abundance information resource,build up training,managing and examining.
